Clerkship Evaluation
The Department of Medical Education will handle your evaluation/grade. Upon completion of a clerkship, the evaluation will be submitted to your preceptor. The completed form will then be signed by the DME, and sent directly to your university. You may also be asked to complete an evaluation of the clerkship that you have completed.
