About Dr. Fink

Sean Fink, MD is a board-certified physician with extensive experience in addiction medicine, internal medicine, and geriatric care. He has held positions at American Health Services, Desert Care Network, and Hi-Desert Medical Center, where he gained advanced expertise in treating opioid, alcohol, stimulant, benzodiazepine, and cannabis use disorders. He completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Texas at Austin-Dell Medical School and a fellowship in geriatric medicine at the University of California, Irvine. Additionally, Dr. Fink holds board certifications from the American Board of Internal Medicine, the American Board of Obesity Medicine, and the American Board of Preventive Medicine in Addiction Medicine. A prolific contributor to medical literature and quality improvement projects, he is also an active member of the American College of Physicians. Outside of his professional endeavors, Dr. Fink is passionate about cycling, martial arts, marksmanship, and community improvement projects.
