Kern Medical teams with Kern High School District for FREE Sports Physicals for student athletes
Kern Medical will team up, once again with the Kern High School District to provide free sports physicals for student athletes. Hundreds of students will bus in from high schools across the district to take advantage of this opportunity.
“It is our pleasure to be able to provide this important service to our student athletes. The health of Kern County’s kids is one of our top priorities and it is vital that access to great care on and off the field is always available. The Kern High School District is a great partner and we look forward to another safe season and school year.” Says Kern Medical Chief Strategy Officer Scott Thygerson.
Since the partnership began with the KHSD in 2015, Kern Medical has performed nearly 2,000 free physicals for students in Kern County.
When: Saturday, May 19th 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Where: Kern Medical’s Columbus Street Clinic at 1111 Columbus Street, Bakersfield CA 93305
