Kern Medical Simulation Center’s goal is better clinical outcomes tomorrow through the education we provide today. We are dedicated to providing experiential opportunities where the learners become immersed in the scenario to ultimately “learn by doing”. Translation of the necessary knowledge, skills and attitudes requires innovation as the simulation center transforms institutional goals and objectives into high-fidelity cases and models. As a safety net hospital, our educational endeavors support our mission to provide healthcare that is expert, competent and compassionate for the most vulnerable populations and their loved ones.
